You authorize Launchsmith to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Launchsmith does not offer refunds, except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
6. User Content
You are responsible for any content you upload to Launchsmith, including but not limited to brand voice materials, marketing inputs, or background information.
You grant Launchsmith a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide this content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Prohibited Uses
